They just activated Airtel radio (automatically: without my interruption) and reduced money without any prior notice. It happened with me second time. Last time they reduced 30 rupees automatically after activating hello tunes. It has happened with my friends also but they ignored. Customer care also don't help. In short Airtel is just sucking people blood in the form of money. Do any thing against them please.
