This is Vinod Goyal (Chartered Accountant) from Delhi. My Mobile Number is 91-9910303004. Services to my Connection has stopped suddenly without any warning and intimation. Few minutes back [Date 12/10/2010 approximate 10:30PM IST], I called at your customer care center (connected to representative number after 15 to 20 Minutes) and talked with Anup Kumar from 91-9910303004. He told me that company representative attempt to call me a lot of times to provide the intimation but I am not received any such call from your representative. I asked from him to provide the detail- about when your representative called me, but he refused me to provide such detail. Day before yesterday, my uncle has expired that time my cell was switched off for only few hours. It may happen your representative called me that time. But it is also not possible since my MCA service is opened. This is not the professional way to handle your clients. I just want to know how a company can stop suddenly to provide the services with any default from customer end. Now lawfully just want to know how you can stop services to client without giving opportunity of being heard. Even our constitution act oblige all the statue to follow this principle.
Your immediate action on this mail will be appreciated otherwise this may lead to one more case to consumer court under RTIA. Hope you can understand the problem. To submit the document is not problem but to hurt your customer is biggest problem.
