Outgoing calls blocked

I am using Airtel Prepaid services with mobile number 9810370461.

My outgoing calls have been blocked stating I havent submitted documents despite doing it. I had submitted my documents at Gallirea Market Airtel Office when I was asked to do the same last time. Without keeping any update of papers submitted by customers they just keep sending sms after every fifteen days and close the outgoings..

Please do the required actions as my phone number recieves many important business calls.

Please do the needful.
