No duplicate simcard available in near store where i m staying

Dear sir,

my airtel sim card is blocked, i had taken the puk no from customecare, but its not working, then i again call to customer care, then they told me that this sim is totaly blocked & u have to take duplicate sim.& they give me the nearest store add. but sim is not available in any store. i m staying in Palam new delhi-110045/110075.my blocked no is 9971871400 & my another no 9210664824
