Hi sir,

this is balu from hyderabad.that i am using a airtel postpaid connection from last 7 months .the thing is company people were charged me Rs.500 for one time charges with out my confirmation. so i have given a complaint in there office nearly 17 times for the waver of my bill, but there is no response from there side.
