I Vineet Kumar Gupta is using the airtel connection no is 9971885564 from last 3 years apprx. Everytime i have paid the bill in time as per the instructions of airtel.last two months back, i requested airtel to start internet on my mobile and they confirmed me that only Rs 100 or Rs 200 amount of bill will come only as i not download much more on this pack. Now, i got the bill for amounting to Rs 18000/- aprrox.while asking from the airtel executives they said that i have used internet in very excess but the fact is not the same. I have been told that my internet bill can not be come more than my plan amount and they told me that my credit limit is Rs 4200 and then how my bill is more than my credit limit may come. I have requsted this airtel nodel officer mr narang but everything is in waste. Kindly advise what should i do to overcome this problem
