I am using airtel services (ph.no.9818219940) from 2005 and i am really fed up with airtel now and interested in discontinue your services from my phone.

For the last four months I am getting wrong billing from your side. First of all my earlier internet plan @ Rs. 98 for 2GB usage had been changed to prorata basis from march15 without may consent. During this period I never exceeded my 2GB usage limit in any of the months, still I am getting the actual internet usage billing for the last four months. I already have lodged a many complaints no. 37519016, 38150810, 38150741, 38177738, 41630677. Nothing has been done yet. Niether any resolution has been made nor i had been contacted even once regarding this matter.
