Not changing postpaid to prepaid

Sir,

I am Karthekeyan from hosur. I Have Bought a 3G data card [8220004191]on Before 3 months later in hosur airtel office. Then 1st month i pay the bill amount and there is no due amount. Then now i will change postpaid to prepaid. The complaint will taken But now there is no Response from Airtel customer side.
