Mobile bill not received despite of several reminders of 4-5 months & finally no resolution of complaint from appellate office

Since Jan to June i did not get any bills from Airtel, while sent number of continuous reminders and escalating the matter from customer care to appellate officer.

i got harassed and tortured by sending more than 20-30 mails. always got reply & calls from airtel or courier party that we have send it.

due to this non receipt of bill i cud not get any mobile bill payment claim from my company and also suffered a lot. Though i made payment till april -may to airtel. i lost approx 3000 Rs claim.

This situation has harassed me; i became mentally torture by calling to airtel, writing mails to them and not getting any solution.

Finally i stopped making payment and tell to Airtel clearly to compensate and resolve the matter.

They never thought to resolve the issue and nodal officers/ CCE called up many times for payment only and never look in to the problem, despite of solving always argued with me.

And disconnect the outgoing call then I finally took decision to not to take Airtel service.

I requested them to disconnect the no. finally. they did it but now showing outstanding.

I am clear not to give any penny to them, same was conveyed to them in written after viewing no solution from Airtel. because of lot of suffering, mentally torture and harassment by airtel people, I hav gone through very rough situation in dealing with these people.
