I was very happy being an aitel coustomer frm many years but lately i am very pissed with this fraud company.i have been activated with FHM services from airtel and they deduct 5 rs everyday from my account.this is the 3rd time they are doing this.2 times i called them up and told them to deactivate the service, it does not appear for a couple of days and then again it comes up.today i tried getting in touch with airtel customer care, they kept me on hold and deactivated the call.and now i cannot get through the customer care no at all.i am surly planning to shift my services from aitel if this problem goes on, as i feel with these kind of experience that airtel has become a company to grab money with irregular services.
