I have used a airtel friends sim last 4 years, which it was always charged with 10 paisa/min.
But now from last two week, i am charged with some what like variable call rate. Always charge differently. I have talked to customer care about the matter, then told me that the company has changed the friends plan without noticing the concerned customer. They said your first call charge you 1 Rs/min then 10paisa/min. My SMS charges also changed, SMS 25 paisa to 1 ruppees. I request you to provide the plan specifications details if any one of you have and also the Airtel customer care also.
