Hi,
I converted my service provider from Vodafone to Airtel on 21-Sep-11. But after this MNP my incoming service on Airtel is not working, also i am not able to send/receive any SMS. I tried calling customer care service (121) and complaint desk (198) but nothing has been done now.
Complaints registered so far 39707175 and 39720623 and resolution date is 1 week. Should i wait for 1 week form my card to get activated? this is ridiculous.
I am losing so much of business by not able to receive the calls. Why Airtel is giving such poor customer service??
