Airtel
Not returning the top up money after deactivation

I bought a sim from a retailer located at Thathiengarpet by giving my address with photocopy of address proof. Then I made a top up through online for Rs. 444.00. After few days, I received a call from airtel for address verification. I told my name and address; then the person told that it was not the name in which the phone connection was registered. Subsequently, my connection was deactivated by airtel. Airtel deactivated without retrurning the balance amount. Actually, the top up was made throuhg online using my credit card. Actually, it was the fault of retailer and distributor in forwarding the details to airtel; it seems that instead of forwarding my name and address, they forwarded some other person's name and address.

Okay, deactivation can be done. But what I feel is that they should return the balance amount - need not pay the amount to me in cash or cheque, it can be made to my credit card account from which the money was paid. In spite of my repeated appeal to airtel through email they reply with regret mails only.
