I am using airtel and it provides extremely bad services. i am facing this problem from last 9 months. they activate unwanted services on my number and because of these services my balance keeps on decreasing day by day. even the operators at customer care do not treat customers properly and do not provide them with right and required information. this happened with me just few minutes ago.they put call on hold and do not come back. all my contacts are using airtel and are facing difficulty because of this. i want to know how can i deal with this?
i am thinking to sue the company for bad services.. should i go for this?
please tell me about the law which can make them work properly.
