Shortage of 200 rupees in one week

Dear sir

what service is this? i wrote two mails to you people regarding 100 rupees shortage in my balance in between 27 and 28 dec. but no use because i havnt got any calls or any emails from ur part. even after that, today 31-dec.2011 again another 100 shortage in my balance. in fact i am not using my mobile for call purpose. i used it for knowing who is calling or sending sms to me like that

without using how can you take money from my credit. in total i lost 200 rupees for no reason. what is this. are you squeezing your valuable customers? i do need to get a resolution for this 200 shortage. i dont want any explanation but i need to get back my money to my mobile no 91 9995 231 231
