Call from unknown number from Pakisthan

I got a call from an unknown number at 0951 hrs on 02.08.2011. I tried to anwer that call at 1638 hrs when I understand this is an ISD call.

On tracing out the ISD codes I understand this call is from Pakisthan.

Can Airtel clarify, why and how the call has come from?
