Non Refund of the downpayment despite opting for not to prchase the same well within the freelook period

I was called & invited with family by Club mahindras office at centrestage mall at Noida, U.P on 17/02. After a luring session of courteous display of hospitality and impressive display of the club mahidra ownership benefits we were asked to opt for purchasing the same on the spot in liew of an attractive early bird prize. We paid a downpayment of Rs. 27500/- through our debit card. but back at home when I searched for the pros & cons at internet I was shocked to see enormous no of complaints regarding non availability of rooms and so many people virtually cheated in the same way as we were, We decided not to purchase the said membership and submitted our written request on 22/02, well within the freelook / Rescission period of 10 days. But since then we have not received our payment back despite several mails and sending copy of our purchase letter and Account statement clearly showing the payment from our account to clubmahindra's account. Please do the needful so that we get our payment back at the earliest
