My name is Pabitra Kumar Tripathy, I got a SMS from Today Holiday solution. They were offering holiday package period for Srinagar (4 nights and 5 days) in August in 9999 INR, They persuaded me in every means with lot of promises, numerous calls and SMS and later I agreed to purchase the package for my family and i transferred required amount 9999 INR in their account on 3-June to Cellnext Solutions LimNew Delhi with Reference Number: "215514483097" from my SBI Account through Net banking. And I got a truncation ID: 10394469 They confirmed they would send me the hotel and travel confirmation at earliest, When I contacted them on 5-Jun then they said the confirmation would be available in 5 days before the booking date which they have not mentioned earlier, I queried that you have informed it would be confirmed once payment is done then they said it’s my fault that i have not made it clear though I have cleared it initially. But they were not give me any confirmation.
I tried to call them continuously since 05-Jun till date (its 1.5 months now) but most of the times they don’t respond to my calls or I have to explain my travel plan again and again to new person, it shows a clear cut case of Fraud and misrepresentation of things to the customer. And if they respond to my call they said don't call us again and again and disturbing us. Now today one of them asked me to give my SBI debit card details i.e. card number, expire date, CVV number and PIN rather I said that I already paid through online banking transfer. After I refuse to give him all details he said then I can not do any thing for you. I also requested if they are not able to make bookings then it better to return the money but they are not agreeing for this as well and continuously doing false promises. And now they told me there is no booking in my name belonging on this transaction ID:10394469 This is really frustrating, Because of their non responsive behavior myself and my family suffering from mental agony. I request your firm to take strict action against Today Holiday Solutions for their immoral and dishonest attitude. They are cheating with people’s faith and their money and spoiling the business ethics and people trust on each other by doing such frauds. And please give me any idea how can I get back my money
