Not refunding Token Amount

I have visited MAGIC HOLIDAYS office at AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA 2 months back. I had submitted a token amount of INR 3000. Day after that we have decided not to join the MAGIC HOLIDAYS. They told us to refund token amount on very next day. But still I am not getting a single call from their office. I am in position to loose that money. what can i do?
