Experience
1. The number which they provided on the ticket are not at all reachable and no clue how and when they pickup from pickup point mentioned in the ticket and I had to call up redbus to catch hold of the operator
2. Bus condition is too bad, seats are worst, stinking, full of mosquitoes, A/c not working and noisy - this is what they claim as volvo bus
3. When we bought this issue to the operator, the operator response is too bad and arrogant and telling us that was the only bus available and can't do much. (We have paid almost double the amount per ticket)
4. When we all (passengers) fought with the traveler and they tried to accommodate us in different buses again asking us to sit on a bench and travel
5. They don't bother about family members and kids
6. We had to fight with them again and they promised that they will arrange a tempo traveler with push back seats, A/c, video coach and we compromised since we have to go to office next day
7. After a long time we finally got the tempo traveler again the condition of tempo traveler is too bad and no A/c, when we questioned them about A/c, they lied that they didn't promise on A/c and talking like that they are doing a favor to all of us and arranged a tempo traveler with great difficulty
8. Again we had to fight with them to get our money back since we can't travel in that for long about 600 to 700 kms
9. Finally we got the money but we lost one working day and had to book tickets for next day to reach bangalore.
I wanted to file a complaint against to hkb tours & travels as we didn't get proper service as well as lost time and one working day. Please do needful and also let me know if I need to furnish necessary documents
