I received a call from the no.1166034300 on 04/07 at 12.20p.m, saying they are offering a card whereby I can receive discounts at selected stores & also book holidays at my convenience for which I don't require to pay anything. Also I was told that there were no hidden costs. Whenever I will require to make payment since I have to do it through credit card where my details are registered, they will link me with the bank which they did. I was made to type my credit card details. When I got the message from HDFC credit card that Rs.4964.00 has been charged I came to know that I have been duped. Everything happened so fast I did not realize I was fooled this way. Later I received a call asking for my residential address and confirmation to send certain free gifts and vouchers. I do not want to complete this transaction and want my money back. What am I supposed to do?
