Change of Dish TV Package

Its not compliant, but due to disturbance in telephonic connection. I am not able to contact Dish TV call center.

Now i am using Dish TV Gold package but I want to change my Gold package to Silver package.

Also i done my recharge payment of Rs.210.00 through my dealer on dated 26.09.2010.

So you are requested for the same ASAP.
