Dish TV punished her customer for making payment in advance

Sir,

My name is P. Purushotham I had Dish TV Connection with VC No. 01514915631 in the month of August. Initially the Dish TV has given me South HD Royal Package for one month free and informed me that my Payment Due Date as 9th September.

As the 9th September is falling on Sunday it will be inconvenient for me to make payment on Sunday. I have contacted the Dish TV by way of SMS to 57575 and informed that I want to take South HD World Pack as my future package and asked them about the availability of offers for having this package for six months. They told me if I pay Rs 2160/- I will get six months subscription offer for this HD world pack. Also I have asked the Dish TV that, Is there any possibility of loosing of my free HD Royal Package period if make a payment before my due date of 9th September? The Dish TV People clarified me that if I make any advance payment I will not loose any time and they told me that my subscription time will be added to the existing period. They told me that what ever the package I will take by making an advance payment that package period will only added to the existing days and they clearly told me that there is no loss to me if I pay the payment in advance.

On 6th September I made online payment of Rs 2160/- to Dish TV the same day I have contacted the Dish TV by way of SMS to 57575 and asked them that I have paid the necessary amount of Rs 2160/- for availing South HD World Pack for six months as I am still having two days (as my Due date is 9th September) for next payment I requested them to continue the existing HD Royal Pack up to my Due date i.e. 9th September. They have accepted and provided my advance request in their records for changing of my package to HD World Pack on 9th September and informed me to make a call on 9th September for changing of my Package.

Accordingly on 9th September Sunday I have contacted the Dish TV and asked them to change my Package to South HD world Pack. They have changed.

Then I surprised to see that my Next Due Date is 27th February. But If we calculate Six months from 9th September my next Due date must fall on 8th March. This means the Dish TV not provided me any offer for six months subscription.

I have been in contact with The Dish TV by way of SMS to 57575 for doing justice to me their arguments is as follows.

Dish TV Argument :- As per company norms offer are lapsed when packed has been downgraded.

My Answer :- 1) I have downgraded within my Due date there is no loss to dish TV if i Changed my pack within my given due date. Moire over I have contacted the Dish TV in advance on 5th September and 6th September and informed them that I am going to change my package from my due date i.e. 9th September onwards. (You may verify your records)

2) As I am still having two days for Payment Due date (9th September) why I will have to loose my higher package on the payment day (6th September)?

3) Is this is punishment for me for making payment to Dish TV in advance?

4) Is this is the way the Dish TV is Playing with his new customers?

I am Expecting good response from Dish TV
