Not received DVD of Star Trek

I have purchased by paying thru my credit card on 19/02 for CD pack of STAR TREk. They have till date not sent me the same. They were supposed to deliver by 04th may '2006. I do not know how and whom to contact as I stay in India. I suggest to be very careful ordering from Amazon.com if you live in India.
