I have bought a sony bravia led tv and recieved a free airtel digital tv connection. i recieved my customer id on 23rd march. i booked the connection on 24th and i got an appointment for instalation on 35th march 5pm. nobody turned up. worst part they did not even inform that it would not be done. i called customer care next day to find out apparently parts not being available for installation and hence installation was not done!! we were assured that the installation will be done on 27th and again nobody turned up. i called the customer care again and they say booking has not been done yet! and installation would take another 2 days! the customer care executives are arrogant and deny to connect to higher officials. they put us on hold and disconnect the call.
