I have a DTH cinnection of Airtel. But from last 3 month i am not using the DTH service so an executive from customer care of this company call me and instructed that if you are not using this DTH so have to recharge it with 150 Rs and put it in a safe cusyody mode. I agreed i recharged my DTH connection by 200 Rs on 7th feb and call at customer care for put my DTH connection in safe custody, he told me ok i have done it. But yesterday on 29th march a massage came to me from Airtel service that my balance is zero and and my service is suspended and i wiil have rechaege, Icalled to customer care and answered me that the safe custody is not activated in my account, i told to him how it is possible Your executive told me that your safe costody is on at that time, but they didn't give me any satisfied answer also they not responce properly their executive told me that our seniour will call you but they didn't call me till now
