I am having a Airtel DTH HD connection account no - 3005773428 from November 2010.
From the last one month I am facing some problem or the other on the Setup box and finally decided to surrender it back.
The issue is, Airtel does not respond to my request and also neither has it refunded the money back as promised on surrender. I have also requested them to change my setup box in case they wont refund the money as it is still within a warranty of 12 months.
There has been no response from the service provider party.
Kindly assist on the same so that I can log a legal complain seeking compensation for the harassment and forgery they are doing.
