My name is Chetan juneja and am residing A-60 raju park, khanpur, New Delhi - 110 062. I would like to bring to your kind attention on the problem our locality people are facing for last six months. In the last six months there are many stray street dogs who have made shelter in the locality (inside the resident park). Because of which it is really getting difficult day by day to commute and step outside our house. There had been many instances where these dogs have bitten the people in our area. In fact from morning to evening the people are afraid of going out of their houses and in fact the kids have stopped playing in the gali. Recently the female dog has given birth to at leat 10 puppies and the problem is going to be very drastic in near future. sir, they have devloped a phobia of these dogs upto such a extent that they r not willing to step out of the home as these dogs thatcome closer barking and to bite. The increasing number of stray dogs in this block (around 25 dogs at present) block is a matter of great concern and these stray dogs needs to be be immediately caught and remove from the block. This is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.
