Unhealthy enviroment due to large number of cows in E-4/16, sec-7, Rohini

Hi,

I am also the resident of this area E-4/18. We are forwarding this Complaint to you for a very specific reason as this area is getting worst day by day as due to too much foul smell of the cow's waste & garbage increasing in this empty plot, even no one able to stand outside that area.

So, please take care of our problem & take some strict measure to solve it.
