Street dog

Sir,

I stay at ONGC Colony (N). Yesterday Municipal Vehical came to take away the dogs for injection regarding breeding control.

Unfortunately they took those street dogs which are old, calm & quite ones. And the street dogs which were aggressive agile and young they ran away here and there.

SO WHAT IS THE POINT IN TAKING THOSE OLD DOGS AND LEAVING THE YOUNG ONES BEHIND?
