Street Dog Disturbances

Sir,

My name is Rajesh, staying in Adarsh Apartments, Sector 3, Pocket 16, Dwarka DDA Flats.

In our apartment, there are at least 20 street dogs roaming in the compound. Several people got dog bites. Children are afraid to play outside the houses. No action has been taken till time.

To whom should we make the complaint on this?
