Hi, NEVER TAKE A SERVICE FROM NUPUR PEST CONTROL.I completely agree with whatever is written above. I had applied a herbal treatment in my house for cockroaches from NUPUR PEST CONTROL with 1 year guarantee, but the cockroaches were back in 2-3 days. I called them 3 times to launch a complaint, but everytime they took all the details, and said they will call back but did not. On top of that when i called them the 4th time, the owner of NUPUR PEST CONTROL used abbusive language (gali dekar baat karte hai ye log customer se). And the lady also is a biggest cheat i have ever seen. She doesnt know how to tal to her customers, she asks somebody else to pick up call on her behalf and that person says she is busy she will call later.
I would suggest everyone, not to take any service from NUPUR PEST CONTROL as they never stick to what they say and the guarantee they give.
Both the husband wife (owner of NUPUR PEST CONTROL) they used abusive language when i called them.
I have the bill with me. I would definitely go ahead and launch a complaint in consumer forum, so that these people are charged a fine for it.
