I had contacted JJ pest control services, Hyderabad, for pest control in my house. I was looking for Godrej pest control services but found their contact on the internet. When I contacted them they said they will come and do it. When I told them that I have been getting it done from Godrej people they said ma'am they have stopped their services and we will do the job within twelve hours satisfactorily and we will provide free service after six months and you will not have any cockroaches, lizards and spiders.
When I said yes to them and gave my address within few hours on 21 August a fellow came and did the job. He gave me a receipt of six hundred rupees for one year and mentioned in it that second service due after six months.
After six months when I saw some stray cockroaches I thought it’s time to get the second service done. In February I contacted them and some time a women sometime a man would tell me that next Sunday someone would be sent. I accommodated and waited for next Sunday but no one came, when I called them again they said they do not have any one as they have work going on in Kakinada, AP so I can be done after ten days. I again waited then after ten day again I asked for the promised free service they said we will do it but after another 15 days. This way after repeated calls and their evading it is still not done.
I am writing this complaint in great anguish and in the public interest. Six hundred rupees is not an issue but such fraudulent companies should be black listed and made to pay for their carrying out dishonest business duping the customer and causing inordinate pain and anguish.
