I am a doctor from Kerala a state in India Called 'Gods Owns Country ' and it also boasts of 100 percent literacy . my complaint is dogs and cats are killed mercilessly over here. Its shameful that we behave soo inhumanely. I cant even tell u wat methods they use to kill even the most tame ones. Help i need an international community to intervene and punish these people severely. The police are useless i tellu. In my neighbour hood kittens and puppies are stoned to death or poisened. Please someone help me end this brutality. I feel so helpless!
