I have joined Body Care for 20 KG Weight Loss Program. When I was enquiring I was asked to pay Rs. 20, 000 but when I actually paid I was asked to pay Rs. 23000 approximately mentioning its tax, and I was informed about taxes being extra whereas I was not informed about the same.
Body care's committment was that I will not be asked to do Dieting, Walking, Gym, Yoga or any other physical activity. But when I joined I was asked to go on their diet plans, and was being forced to do some walk or physical activity.
At the time of enrolment I was promised two Gift Vouchers of Rs. 2200 each, which I never got.
Dieticians at Body Care, Meera Bagh would change every month and they are unable to retain their staff which was again a pain for consumer like me -- so get to know the dietician and let her know what I am looking at, and what I have been following.
ONE MOST IMPORTANT THING:
They will record and make entry in client's card only if the weight is losing but if the weight is on the higher side -- then there is no entry in the card i.e. if on Sunday my weight is 99 KG and on Tuesday my weight is 99.5 KG -- there will be no entry in the record card for Tuesday with 99.5 KG weight. Until and unless my weight is 99 KG of less than that -- sessions will be given to me but without any record in client diary.
I was forced to buy their Herbal Slimming Tea which costed about 300 for one packet, which contains 30 tea bags.
When I went there and complained them about my not losing weight -- they said they cannot refund the money as this is not their company policy. I have paid them Rs. 25000, and would appreciate receiving my money back.
