Chambor (Geneva)
Compromised Quality Products

To Whom It May Concern

A few days ago I went to buy few cosmetics and the saleswoman at Health& glow tempted me with an offer where shop above Rs.1000 and get lip gloss free. This offer is available in other stores also such as Shoppers Stop etc. They handed me the Chambor Vinyl Gloss, Candy shade. They had no testers so my best bet was to go home and try it out. When I did try it on I was in sheer shock. It looked like I was wearing cheap pink coloured plastic on my lips. It looked a roadside cheap brand and not even remotely comparable to Chambor’s standards.

This is not the only time this has happened.

I got a free cake with my Silver shadow face powder and it is like chalk dust. It is so coarse that when you apply it, it sort of just sits on your skin and does not blend in and instead sticks to everything that brushes your face. Your shirt, phone, scarves….everything!

Shame on you Chambor! Cheating your loyal customers with quality compromised products and betraying their trust. Whether this is some problem at your end or your Indian distributor Beauty Base Products (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Baccarose)’s fault is not my concern. All I know is that I have some really bad quality make up lying with me and a hole in my pocket.

May this cheat you off a few customers that would have gotten into this tricky circle of yours.

Yours untruly,

Audreza.
