Non-receipt of the orde

After placing my order at http://www.ddamas.co.in/ with Order Number:- 12248 Dated:- 03-Jan

Payment Method:- Bank Transfer, I have received email from [email protected] for transferring the required amount of Rs.2, 419.00 to bank account 003805003811, ICICI Bank LTD, Bandra, Mumbai and accordingly I transferred the amount on 04-01 with description BIL/000135642643/Pendant/PSP.

Even after repeated emails and telephonic conversations, till date I haven't received my order.
