Diamond Ring
Manufacturing Defect

I purchased a diamond ring in the month of Nov and in the month of October one diamond dropped down from the ring. I made the complaint at Model Town market Tanishq store where i purchased this. They said they have to send to head office and they will decide whether its manufacturing defect or else. They charged us Rs. 5000 and said diamond is lost due to our mistake. Now again after 3 months, March one more diamond is dropped. Isnt its a manufacturing defect. Again we have to pay Rs. 5000 as per merchant.

Pathetic this is.
