I didnt reduce my wt.i want my money back

They said i will reduce 5kg wt in 1 week after taking their product.i used, even half kg also i didnt reduce.my invoice number is 305562.i sended product and original invoice.they didnt send my money back, inturn they maid their phone customer service number out of service.please do needful
