We have purchased BIO CAPTOL from your company, after that when its return was not good, we have sent back empty bottles, which has been already reached you before 3 months also, We have followed up for refund, then informed that the refund will be reached to us on 17th Jan or earlier, but yet we not received refund, before some time we talked also then they informed that money order has been despatched and will reach on 04-02, yet not received refund, today on 14-02 we talked but they are saying that your refund request is in process and not despatched yet,
If refund will not received within 7 days from the date of this mail, I will proceed for LEGAL ACTION.
