Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Shalini from India, State is Andhra Pradesh and City is Hyderabad. I am here to request for my refund which I am be denied off from France Vita Natura (For A Natural Life). I am a overweight person and once in Sakshi paper I came across this above mentioned company who advertisied about they weight loss tablets and gave guarentee for that tablets and assured that in 15 days one can loose from 5 to 8kgs depending on a person body as I was really depressed with my overweight problem I thought let me try these tablets to see if they really worked or no. Because they assured 100% promised results for weight loss or money back guarentee I was tempted by the advertisement, I called they office spoke to a couple of they agents about the product and how it worked. The telecalling sales agents in they office gave me a positive assurance regarding the weight loss tablets and also informed me incase if I dont see the results then in such case I need to send in the empty bottles back to them and once they receive my empty bottles they said within 30 days from the day of receipt of my bottles they will give my refund. After making a lot of enquires I thought the company is genuine and ordered for the bottles of weight loss. The cost of the bottles were Rupees 1890 270extra charges towards packing and forwarding charges and finally when I received my parcel I paid them Rupees 2160.00. When I opened the pack it had 2 bottles with 50 tablets in each bottle a total of 100 tablets. After I used one bottle I checked my weight and I did not reduce 1/2 kg also then before opening the 2nd bottle I called the customer service and I told them that I finished the first bottle but however I did not see any slighest change and I asked them I will send back that first empty bottle and the second unopened bottle. So the call center agent by the name yogitha advised me not to send in the bottles without empyting them, she also assured me that some of the clients will loose weight and see change in they body when they start using the second bottle and she advised me to use the second bottle and then call back. Then after I completed the second bottle I checked my weight and still I could not see any change, but inturn I started to loose lot of hair. I called the customer service agent and one person by the name Lakshmi told me that 90% of the clients are getting results and there are only 10% clients like me who are unable to get any positive results. She then assured me there is nothing to worry and I shall get my refund back as I was promised and as it was mentioned on the bill. She asked me to send in the empty bottles and the original bill (invoice) to the address mentioned on the bill and told me that I will get my refund by 30days from the day of receipt of my bottles. I sent the emplty bottles and theoriginal bill. After 2days I called them and they also confirmed that they received my empty bottles and the original bill and said it will take 30 days to receive my refund. Now its been like 2 months and I have not received my refund. Almost every 2 days I am calling them and the call center agents are saying the refund is in progress and they dont give me the correct date and time of my refund. Finally 3 days back when I called them and said I will take this issue with consumer affairs they said that I am free to approach consumer affairs or even Supreme court and they spoke very indecently stating that they are not responsible why its taking time in sending my refund and gave me 3-4 numbers and asked me to call them and find out about my refund and not to call them again. As per they advised I called on the numbers they gave me the numbers are 04132227222 and cell numbers are 09345611601/2/3 and suprisingly these cell numbers are almost swtiched off and no one gives any response. Finally when I dialed the landline number 04132227222 a person answered my call and he said that my check is ready to be sent today and within 1 week and not to worry. I waited for 10 days and I did not hear anything from them then again I called them and spoke to one person by the name Sridhar and he told me that the check is still lying in they office and it is not signed by they manager and thats why its taking time and once they sign the check then they will release it and probably it will take another 15days. These people from France Vita Natura are really giving me a tough time in getting my refund as they promised. I am running almost from pillar to post. I hope you understand my situation because this Rupees 1890 without the Rupees 270.00 extra plays an important role to take care of my day to day activities. Sir/Madam your department might think that only for this small amount I have raised a complaint and wasted your valuable time, but I whole hartdly request your team to please look into this and help me to get back my refund as I am really in need of it and have to use that money for a genuine personal cause. For security reason I kept a xerox copy of that original bill as a proof which clearly talks about the refund back in 30 days. In case if your department wants it I will be more than happy to send that xerox bill to you as a proof for your further investigation.
