Acai Berry
Order placed, still not received

Hi,

I had palces an order for Acai Berry weight loss & life cleanse free trial pack on 21st August and a min. amount of 200/- each for both through my credit card.

The amount has already debited from my A/C. Neither I have received the products nor any information regarding this.

Can you check & let me know the status as when am i going to receive the product, if not then then cancel my order & reverse back the amount to my A/C
