Order a perfume against order # 112699154 on the 14th Nov - Recvd a wrong product thru courier on the 20th Nov - Have been chasing Indiatimes for replacment since then - Very pathetic attitude & commitment on behalf of the company - Already made 4 telecon complaints, 1 sms complaint & 1 on the email.
The whole process is anyway so long to get a replacment & they have already taken 18 days for the STEP 1 - It seems they will take another month to complete this whole cycle.
