this is in reference to the below mentioned mail. yesterday (18th January) my mobile was sent to Texnix for repair and today i got a call from Mr. Kishore Mulani stating that my mobile cannot be rapired under warranty as they have found moisture on to the pannel. i would like to bring to your kind notice that my mobile was send for repair on 3/12 for the first time when i found that the same problem is there and the same was communicated to indiatimes on mail i got assurity from indiatimes that they will get the product repalced my mobile was sent back to the dealer on 21/12. it was a surprise to me that mobile was not replaced and the same defective mobile was send back to me on 06/01 stating that it has been repaired. i just want to ask management of Indiatimes times if they cannot stay by their commitment why do they assure anyone of replacement. stop making fool of others. it is nothing but you have been cheating people and playing around with the money From 3/12 till date the entire management of indiatimes have been playing in words do not worry i will take my matter to press now. Everytime i was told that there might be problems of Alignment and it will be reactified very soon but today i was told that they have found water on the pannel i would like to state one thing that nobody is so fool that they will put their mobile on water.

Further please note that as per your tele conversation with our merchant Mr. Kishore Mulani, some resetting is required to be done on your phone which he is willing to do. Kindly let us know the convenient timing so that we may arrange the pickup of the phone for required adjustment.

today 13th January at 4:55PM i have been contacted by Mr. Kishore, Owner of Teknix, he told me that he cannot get the product (Blackberry 9500 Strom) replaced but he can get my product (Blackberry 9500 Strom) repaired. after consultation with my lawyer he has simply denied the proposal for repair, as per commitment done by indiatimes in their mail they have assured me that they will go for replacement of the product. Kindly refund my money. please ensure that this is done on urgent basis. if money not being refunded will have to excilate this mail to some other channel.

As per my complaint no 90517. i was given an assurity that my product will be replaced my product i am finding it hard to understand that why again the same defective piece have been send back to me. it seems you are forcing me to go to consumer forum to file a case and then get all my rights. do something or be ready to face problems. Kindly refund me my money, i want my money back now without fail.
this is for your information that i have forwarded one copy to Indian Consumer Complaint forum. take this mail as final notice. if not been replaced in another 24 hrs will take the matter to press.
