NOT GETTING STATEMENT

i m putting up at asha park near Tilak Nagar

In the month of December i was purchasing about Rs.96000.since last 2 months till date I have not got my statement. I used to call their customer services lines at delhi but they told me they send the statement. If you will charge the INTEREST I will not pay that interest.plz send me statement... at my address or u can e-mail me [email protected]...
