Recently took 6 facials package of Aqua radiance from kaya atria Millenium mall. Took prior appointment which they cancelled without letting me know. Thought its ok sometimes happens so rescheduled it for later time. As usual I was on time for the services and they asked me to wait for sometime and that went upto 30 minutes without any information. After 30 min wait and continuous asking, came to know that I have to wait for another 40 minutes which was not at all acceptable. The issue was why the prior information was not there if at the same time the services were scheduled for someone else. Why I got confirmation call and why at the time of entry they didnt say that it will take 1.5 hrs and am I ready to wait.
