I had taken the following 2 services from Kaya Clinic (New Friends Colony branch):
1) Sally Peel
2) Under eye Aqua
I bought these 2 services during a free consultation visit at the NFC clinic.
In fact, initially I did not actually intend to buy any of the services because of the 2 reasons below:
1) Usually I have to stay sometimes in Delhi and sometimes in Noida (have my parents' and husband's houses at both the places. And also, since I work, I can visit your clinic in the evening and on weekends only.
2) Services are over priced
At the time of buying the services, I clearly stated my problem to the Manager of the NFC clinic, Tanya Pandey that I will not always be able to avail the services at one particular clinic. I was not interested in buying one but she sold the services by convincing me that I can avail the sessions from any of the Kaya clinics across the country. I just had to call her up and she will pix the appointment.
When I started taking the sessions, there was no problem getting appointments at the NFC clinic. But, when I needed to visit the Noida sector 18 clinic, that's when I problem started. Either they do not have sufficient amount of equipments or staff, I don't know the actual reason, but they are not able to give me a time slot as per my requirement. It is a very painful task for me to constantly call and follow up, either with the NFC manager or the Noida clinic itself.
In fact when I tried to share my concern the kind of response I have received is very disappointing. Instead of helping me solve the problem they were very rude.
I was very surprised to hear from the NFC clinic Manager Tanya a couple of weeks back that the Noida staff has given a feedback for me (their CUSTOMER) that I am very rigid despite the fact that I had not had any communication with them (Noida clinic) till then.
Also, there is no transparency in the way they keep a track of how many sessions of a service we have availed. They maintain a record at their end and it is not shared with the client.
Yesterday (11th July), during my visit to Noida clinic, I was made to wait for almost an hour for my Under eye Aqua session and had to return back without having my session despite having appointment fixed a week in advance. I don't know what is their definition of being RIGID and how they expect their clients to fix appointments at least 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Over all, my experience with Kaya clinic has been VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. They are very good at trapping customers initially but FAIL to keep their commitments.
