Firstly, when you have AMMONIA-FREE in bold print on the pack of your products that do not contain Ammonia, likewise, a product containing Ammonia should have CONTAINS AMMONIA in bold print on the pack. Secondly, one doesn’t expect a product from a company of repute like L’Oreal containing a harmful product like Ammonia. The consumer shells out so much of money for your products thinking that they are quality products. I’m sure the hair experts at your know about the nasty smell the hair gives off after coloring it with a product containing Ammonia. It’s awful!! If I was looking for a product containing Ammonia, I would have settled for any other brand which would have cost me much less. I want my 500 bucks back!!!
