Lakme salon
Poor Service/ Not giving back the money

Hi,

I used to go to Lakme Salon in Brookefield, Bangalore. Iam a regualar customer for the past 1.5 years. I took facial package worth Rs 12000. Initial payment I made for Rs 6000. But I was not at all satified with the service in recent times. Really their service is no worth for the money. Now I want to get back the money. If I ask them, they say they cannot return the money. Totally frustraed. Please help.
