This is to bring to you kind attention the bad experience I had this morning at your above Centre in Bangalore. This is the second time that such an incident has occurred. I have therefore decided to take it to the press and the Bangalore chapter of the ## Consumer Forum. Before doing so, I thought of bringing this to your notice.
incident: Today morning at 9.00am, I went for a full body massage for 1 hour costing Rs. 1, 100/-. The oil massage was satisfactory. After the massage, I was sent to the attached bathroom for a bath as I was drenched in oil. After about 8 minutes in the bathroom, I find that there was no water both in the hot water and cold water tap as it simply dried up. When I called for assistance, I was informed that the overhead water tank is empty. They asked me to wait and said they would boil hot water on the gas and give it to me. They returned after 10 minutes with half a bucket of warm water. While I finished this, there was still a lot of oil on my body and I requested for more warm water. While they readily obliged, the result was that I had to wait for another 10 minutes fully drenched with oil and water and feeling cold and miserable. In this process, all the benefit of the oil massage was lost. I decided to get out, paid they charges and returned home and had a thorough bath.
I wish to state that I find this highly unprofessional. You are a known company and in the business of Oil massage. The least expected of Hindustan Lever Ayush at their Center is to ensure that they atleast have sufficient water for the clients to take bath. The staff was unfazed. I have already told my other friends in the locality about this incident (as this has as happened to me for the second time) and have advised them to refrain from visiting this Center in the future.
